FREE DELIVERY

Macau / Hong Kong purchase over HK$500.

Mainland China and Taiwan purchase over HK$1000.

Other countries purchase over HK$2000

  

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

All orders are delivered within working days (Monday to Friday, except public holidays). 
The usual delivery time is 2-5 working days after dispatched.

For Macau customers, we offer self-pick up service at e-buy for orders below HK$500.

For Hong Kong, mainland China customers, please settle the delivery charge upon receiving the product from S.F. express.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We deliver by EMS. We cannot anticipate taxes applied by overseas customs. International charges will be calculated during checkout. Please contact our customer services for any further assistance.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

If you'd like to return or exchange a product, please follow the steps below

​STEP ONE

Email us at daisieandrae@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving goods.

State clearly your full name, the order number and the item number of the items you want to return or exchange. We only accept unwashed and unworn items in new, clean conditions.

Unfortunately returns that do not meet our guidelines cannot be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

STEP TWO

We will inform you the return address accordingly.

STEP THREE

Send your items back to us within 7 days from your notification.

If we have received a return or an exchange that cannot be accepted

(for example, an item is not in its new, original conditions),

the merchandise can be re-shipped to the customer at his/her sole cost.

 

Remark: products returned without prior notice will NOT be accepted.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We strictly undergo our quality control procedure before sending the items to you, however, if you have unfortunately found the items you have ordered are flawed. Please follow below steps for return. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to hygiene concerns, unfortunately we DO NOT accept product exchanges and returns on socks, pacifiers, teethers, toothbrushes, swimwear and baby bottles.

As well as items purchased on sale and discount code orders.
 

The above exchange policy only applies to Hong Kong and Macau orders. For international orders, we are unable to provide returns/exchanges at this time.
